Foresight

Mortar Foresight turns drift into risk. It produces a compatibility score with an explainable breakdown. The score becomes the release signal teams can standardize.

Authority

Mortar Authority is the deterministic kernel. It evaluates policy and makes the only ship/no-ship decision. This is what makes Mortar infrastructure.
