Channels

  • stable: production-ready updates with migration-safe guidance.
  • preview: feature-complete candidates for controlled validation.
  • security: targeted updates for vulnerabilities or dependency risk.

Note structure

Every release follows the same sections:

  • Added: net-new capabilities.
  • Changed: behavior or UX adjustments.
  • Fixed: defect remediations.
  • Breaking: compatibility-impacting updates with explicit mitigation.

Compatibility commitments

  • Breaking changes are labeled and linked to migration instructions.
  • CLI output contracts are versioned to prevent parser drift.
  • Policy-evaluation semantics are documented when thresholds or defaults shift.
